With nearly 25 years in adult learning, working with NATO; Airbus; Astrozenica and Greenpeace amongst hundreds of others, Rachel is a highly experienced and charismatic learning and development professional. Specialising in team and leadership development; cross cultural communications and training trainers, Rachel oversees instructional design and quality – ensuring that Like Learning Ltd lives up to it’s name and excellent reputation. Rachel has designed over 30 bespoke people development and behaviourial change workshops, followed up by private coaching and group coaching sessions.

Training since the early 90’s first in companies in South East Asia, then moving to the UK to train for the NHS; develop a new organisational learning programme for the Refugee Council, working on a learning needs analysis and management development programme for VAI and many others, Rachel’s career is as versatile and impactful as her learning programmes.  Qualified in the 5 dynamics of high performing teams, Rachel is also an ILM qualified facilitator, helping teams to progress and flourish.

3-D stuff? Rachel loves fine food, (largely stuff she hasn’t cooked) cycling, salsa and chess. Oh and creating fine artworks with her 9 year old.

She is working with Like Learning to develop essential leadership and management skills in creating psychological safe environments.

Kami is a Chartered Internal Auditor and works with a variety of organisations as a risk and culture consultant for BDO, one of the worlds top 6 auditing companies. She has consulted at the Houses of Parliament, the European Commission; Global Fund, the General Medical Council and many other social housing and international public institutions. Kami is an international trainer, speaker and facilitator.

3-D stuff? Kami is a world-wide traveller. When not travelling, she can often be found either with her head in a new book or making amazing bread (and other foods) for friends and family and giving back to the world, working on her own social entrepreneurial programme to support survivors of sexual abuse.

Jamie’s long acting career has included ‘Coronation Street’, the movie ‘Love And Other Disasters’ and musical theatre in the West End – just to name a few. For the past 10 years he has also worked as a workshop leader and trainer in communications and confidence skills – bringing all his knowledge and insight from acting and directing to the business world. Jamie has led courses for such clients as AdKnowledge, Bertelsmann, Roche Pharmaceuticals, Schlumberger & the NHS.

3 D Stuff? Jamie likes people watching, home brewing and blogging. (A good mix). He lives by the seaside with his husband and a small patterjack terrier!.

Isobel is an actor who trained in London at the Central School of Speech and Drama. She has gone onto work extensively in television, film and theatre; having played leads on the BBC, worked with Kenneth Branagh and performed theatre in the UK, Europe and most recently Off-Broadway, New York.

Her training in voice and movement gives her a fresh, insightful view of the world and how people interact. She runs workshops in schools and conducts one to one adult sessions, using a range of techniques to enhance presentations, communication and understanding. She loves working with people, finding a way together to reach set goals, using a wealth of skills and experience I tailor my knowledge to the specific aims of the project and individuals involved.

Sarah has been working in the Training Industry for over 20 years. She brings an infectious enthusiasm for hands-on delivery of specific Microsoft Office Training courses. With a degree in Maths and IT, Sarah gained her extensive experience working as a Training Manager for The Civil Aviation Authority.  Since then Sarah has worked with a wide variety of companies, developing and nurturing client relationships. Her forté is to listen, advise and then deliver an exceptional training experience.

Living in Bristol Sarah enjoys socialising, golf and watching (not playing) cricket – although with 3 young children she’s finding the majority of her spare time is spent watching ballet, gymnastics, hockey…..

Rachel authored a book book in 2009, the promotion for which forced her to come out from hiding behind print journalism and into broadcast media. Now hooked. she is a regular commentator on TV and radio news networks including the BBC, Sky news and Al Jazeera and puts in frequent appearances on TV debates and newspaper review programmes.
