We’ve been fortunate to have worked with some fantastic companies, councils and charities during our time.  They’ve been kind enough to provide comments on our services, below are some extracts.
When we were planning the HR policy training many colleagues were concerned about how the training day would go as we thought HR policy would be such a dry subject. However, Rachel made it engaging, fun & interesting, we all really enjoyed the training and above all learned so much about our HR policy!”

Rachel worked with us on designing a three day train the trainer programme in August 2013. She was very good at understanding the brief and was quick to adopt the style and formatting of Jaluch.  Her communication throughout was timely and constructive and she completed the work int he required tight deadline.  I would not hesitate to recommend or use Rachel again on a similar project”.
Lesley Wheeler, Jaluch Limited.
We undertook a complete “Managing Voluntary Organisations” business training course with Rachel who proved adept at conveying wide-ranging concepts and detailed information in an effortless and easily accessible fashion. She works well with everyone in the group and shows endless patience and remarkable perseverance. Rachel is a great strategist and a hands on manager of the highest quality with fantastic communication skills.”
Tim Woolgar, CEO, London Chessboxing.
Rachel taught and assessed a cohort of learners undertaking the PTTLS qualification (Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) for the Central London CVS Network. Rachel was also involved in designing the teaching materials and handbook. My role was to coordinate the programme as well as internal verification so I worked closely with Rachel throughout. Rachel takes a learner-centred approach to her teaching, and will go the extra mile to ensure that individual student needs are met. Her values shine through her work in every aspect. Rachel has a huge amount of expertise and experience in both teaching and the voluntary/community sector, and delivers high quality training programmes in a professional way.In terms of training design, she is very creative and innovative and her teaching methods encompass the full spectrum of learning styles and abilities. We had superb feedback from students and from the external verifier and I would have no hesitation in recommending Rachel for training or teaching roles.

Janine Edwards, Learning and Development Manager, Foundation for Social Improvement
Rachel previously worked for Voluntary Action Islington and has subsequently run training for us on a freelance basis. The feedback from the courses she has run has always been excellent. Those taking part are consistently positive about the way in which Rachel ensures that their individual learning needs are met. Rachel has helped students with significant additional needs to achieve recognised qualifications. She understands the requirements for external assessment and has a track record of running accredited and non-accredited training programmes”
Mike Sherriff, Chief Executive, Voluntary Action Islington
I had the pleasure to attend two of Rachel’s training courses.. a fundraising and marketing your organization courses. Rachel is a great trainer… one of the best trainers I have seen in the voluntary sector. Her knowledge of the subject and method of teaching was superb. I have recommended to many friends to attend Rachel’s courses and would advice everyone who wants an excellent trainer to use Rachel.”

“Rachel was one of my trainers during my 3 year Governance Course learning to become the chairwoman of The Pilion Trust Charity. I would recommend hiring Rachel as she is very knowledgeable around many subjects, creative in her approach and delivery, sensitive to student learning challenges, understanding of students insecurities, tough concerning deadlines, (for me this was a great help and source of motivation..as deadlines are not my forte) gives positive constructive criticism concerning improvement of course work and development of personal confidence. Rachel is motivational and inspiring in her endeavour to get the very best out of her students and I am extremely pleased and grateful that she was one of my tutors and if The Pilion Trust had the income I would gladly hire her as one of our permanent trainers as I trust and have confidence in her abilities.”
